Will I need to pay a deposit?

Some customers may be asked for a deposit based on credit or utility requirements.
Deposits are held in your account and refunded after 12-36 months of on-time payments.
If you close your account sooner, the deposit will be applied to your final bill. Any excess will be refunded.
