When and how will I receive my bill?

Your first bill will be generated within 30 to 45 days after your start service date, after that;
Bills are generated monthly, usually within 3–5 business days of your meter read.
You will receive a notification via email once a bill is available.
You can view and download bills anytime from your Public Grid account dashboard.

Where can I view my bill?

You can view your bill online in your account dashboard. We also send a copy to your registered email address.

Note: LADWP will bill every two months.

At times, when your account is opened close to a bill cycle, you will be billed earlier than 30 days.
