How long will it take to process my account?

If your service start date is within 30 days, we’ll process your account within the next business days. Once your setup is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your start date is more than 30 days away, your account will be placed on hold until you’re within that 30-day window, since most utilities don’t allow service requests further in advance.
